Making it work with what you have, Curtis didn't grow up with money, but now has 5 units on a single teacher income in Washington state. I often say "can one move change your life?", for Curtis, he says "can two moves change your life?"...his answer? YES! After buying some rental properties, Curtis fell in love with real estate to the point of now teaching AND being an agent.
